FOR THE BUSINESS YOU'RE BUILDING
Trellis
Systems and Strategy for Visionaries
You didn't start your business because you love building spreadsheets and writing procedures. You started it because you saw something — a way to help people, a better way to work, a life you wanted to build. That vision is the hard part, and you've already done it.
What's usually missing isn't drive. It's structure for what's ready to grow.
With over 20 years of hands-on experience in real estate, operations, and building the systems that let a growing business actually run, Trellis exists to close that gap. Its deepest roots are real estate agents and team leaders, and creatives who'd rather create than manage a task list — yet the work fits any business leader who's outgrown their current setup. You bring the vision. We build what holds it up.

Not Sure Where to Start?
01 — Diagnostic
Groundwork
Know what you're actually working with.
For business leaders who suspect their process is costing them more than it should, but don't yet have the map to prove it.
Groundwork starts with a conversation — a look at how work currently moves through your business, process by process. From there, you get three things to keep: a workflow map, laying out exactly how each process runs today, gaps and all; a written analysis explaining exactly what's not working — the bottlenecks, the redundancies, the blind spots — with specific, bullet-point recommendations for fixing each one; and a custom SOP framework, built around your business, for your team to fill in with your own tips built in along the way. The analysis is the heart of it — this is where twenty years of seeing what breaks in a growing business gets put directly to work on yours.
Starting at $997, scoped to the number of workflows covered.
02 — Standalone Project
Build
Systems built and running — for you, not by you.
For business leaders who already know where the gaps are, whether from a Groundwork engagement or just from living in the business every day, and are ready to have it actually fixed.
Build means real construction: a system set up in whatever platform genuinely fits how you work — Notion, ClickUp, Asana, or Trello — with fully written SOPs (not a template, the real thing) and automations built and tested so the busywork stops landing on you. If you're coming to Build without a documented process, that's fine — we'll work through it together as part of the engagement. You'll get a walkthrough once it's built, plus 30 days of email support afterward for system questions and tweaks.
Starting at $1,997, individually quoted based on scope.
03 — Ongoing Coaching
Cultivate
Coaching the whole picture, not just the task list.
For business leaders who need more than a system — they need a coach who can hear what's actually going on and map the way through it.
Cultivate draws on formal training in productivity and mindset coaching. In session, that looks like hearing a problem and mapping the solution, seeing several steps ahead instead of just the next one, and finding the problem beneath the problem — because what someone brings to a session is rarely the whole story. What it's built to produce is concrete: steadier productivity, movement in your sales numbers, a work-life balance that stops feeling like something to apologize for. Just as much of it is what doesn't show up on a metrics dashboard — being challenged, consistently, to grow into the next version of the business you're building. You don't need to have built anything with Trellis first. Email support is included between sessions.
$887/month, 3-month minimum.
04 — Flagship
Orchard
The Full Build, with Support
For business leaders ready for the whole thing — not just systems built, but the support to actually run them once they're live.
Orchard combines a complete Build engagement with three months of biweekly coaching on top, so the system doesn't just get handed to you — it gets used. You'll have two separate lines of support throughout: one for system questions, one for coaching. Open to any business leader — this isn't limited to real estate.
Starting at $4,997, scoped to the size of the build.

05 — Real Estate Specific
Floor Plan
Built for Real Estate
For real estate agents and team leaders who want their transaction side to run without eating into their selling time — without hiring on a full coaching or lead-gen program they don't need.
Floor Plan is built from two decades as a real estate broker. It includes optional CRM setup or clean-up (any CRM — we work with what you've already got), drip campaign automation (you or your brokerage supply the content, Trellis builds the sequence), and a transaction-management system — either the ready-built Trellis real estate Notion setup, included when you sign up, or something custom if that's a better fit. Alongside the system work, you get coaching on real transaction logistics — drawing directly on real, licensed brokerage experience — plus productivity, time management, and mindset support. This is not sales or lead-generation coaching.
$1,297/month, 6-month minimum.

This offering is intentionally limited and is by application only.
About Heather

I fell into real estate in 2004, working as an accounting assistant at a brokerage. Leadership noticed something before I did: that I'd be good at transaction management, and they were right. One operational role led to the next: market center administrator and CFO for a Keller Williams office, managing operations and financials for over 100 agents; then building the systems behind a newly formed real estate team that grew into the most productive and reputable short sale team in Arizona; then years running the entire admin ecosystem — operations, short sale negotiations, financials, transaction management — as designated broker across a real estate team, a flip and investment business, and a wholesaling operation, all under one roof.
When I left that role in 2022, I started doing this work directly: coaching business leaders and building the systems behind their growth, instead of building them for just one business at a time. Twenty years in, what I bring isn't theory. I've built these systems inside real, complicated, fast-growing businesses, under real pressure, with real deadlines.
I have an interesting brain for this work. I see a few steps ahead, and I notice the problems and the cogs other people miss. I'm solutions-based to my core, and I genuinely love solving puzzles. That's most of what Trellis is: bringing that same eye to your business.
Not Sure which one fits? Let's talk about it. That conversation is free.
